The 20th Xinzhou Shipping English Show Personal Style Exhibition Competition of Anhui University of Finance and Economics has come to a successful conclusionOn the evening of March 26th, the 20th Xinzhou Shipping Cup English Show Personal Style Exhibition Competition, organized by the Youth League Committee and the School of International Economics and Trade, successfully rounded off in the lecture hall of the Art Building in the East Campus. Hu Zunliang, Yuan Baogang, Zhou Lei, Chairman of Jiangsu Xinzhou Shipping Co., Ltd., and nearly 600 representatives of teachers and students from the school watched the competition on site. The competition invites five teachers from the School of Literature, School of Finance, and School of International Economics and Trade to serve as judges.
After intense competition in the preliminary contests and semi-finals, 10 contestants stood out and advanced to the final. The theme of this final is Our Decade, which is divided into two parts: Keynote Speech and Simulated Sales. The contestants confidently displayed their unique and passionate style around the theme, showcasing their excellent English oral expression skills and stage appeal. Ten years of trials and tribulations, ten years of hard work and progress. After fierce competition, Kong Yuqi from the School of Finance and Public Management won the championship in this competition, Chen Qing from the School of Statistics and Applied Mathematics and Li Xin from the School of Finance won the second prize, He Wenjing from the School of Finance and Public Management, Zhang Wenyi and Pu Yanxi from the School of International Economics and Business won the third prize, and Ma Enrui from the School of Arts, Wang Lu from the School of Statistics and Applied Mathematics, Wang Runhao from the School of Finance and Zheng Wanxin from the School of International Economics and Business won the award of Excellence.
This competition deeply impressed the teachers and students on the great changes and excellent essence of traditional Chinese culture in the past decade since the new era, and built a platform for students to express themselves, showcase their talents, cultivate their abilities, grow their talents, and improve their quality.
