Li Guangqin is born in 1979 in Luxian County, Sichuan Province, and has a PhD of Economics. Now he is a Longhu Scholar, associate professor and master of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, engaging the research of regional economy, industrial economy, environmental economy and international trade. He is a visiting scholar Economics of Zhejiang University and of the University of Sheffield (UK).
During his doctorate period, he won two national scholarships and won the academic star of Shanghai University of Finance and economics. His work was published in Technical Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of environmental management, Business Strategy and the Environment, World Economy, China's Industrial Economy, Economic Perspectives, Finance and Trade Economy, Journal of Public Management, Geographical Research, Tourism Tribune, Economic Geography, etc..
